Update Regarding COVID-19

Due to the growing concerns about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and the disruptions it has caused, we want to reassure our clients and friends that there will be no disruption whatsoever in our firm’s handling of all legal matters.  Crick Walanka Law Group, Ltd., remains open and available to assist you in all your legal needs.

We want to take this time to express our gratitude to the healthcare workers who are working tirelessly during this time and at all times to keep our community healthy and safe.  The health of our clients, our firm members, our families and our communities are of the utmost importance and we are grateful for the hard work and dedication of our clients in healthcare, other fields of practice, and all healthcare workers in ensuring the safety of all people during this time

Given the uncertainty of the coronavirus pandemic, our firm will be working primarily remotely starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020, and will continue to reassess as new information becomes available.  We remain as dedicated and actively engaged as ever in all legal matters from our remote workspaces and are always available to answer your questions.  We will continue to attend all in person meetings and court appearances as scheduled.  As court closures are implemented and government policies are changed, prompt notice will be given to all affected clients.

Even prior to these events, we equipped our employees with the technology to work from home when necessary, so our communications with you will continue as normal without interruption.  We are available by telephone, voicemail, email, video conferencing, and in person meetings when necessary.  Our protocols ensure that confidential documents and emails will remain secure.

We will actively follow the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and state and local governmental agencies to revise plans and make decisions accordingly, and will keep our clientele apprised.  We encourage all to practice proper hygiene for disease prevention and to stay informed through reputable sources.

As always, the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, colleagues, families and communities are of paramount concern.  We continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and are here to assist as needed.  Whether client, colleague or friend of the firm, rest assured that we will be available for your legal needs and working to exceed your expectations in representing your legal interests.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
