Second Update Regarding COVID-19

Over the last eight months, we have remained concerned about the health and well-being of our clients, colleagues and friends. We hope that you are all well and staying safe.

Our firm applauds those of you who have put yourselves on the front lines of the COVID-19 virus as well as all of you who are making adjustments in your professional and personal lives to ensure the safety of those around us. As we are undoubtedly entering a second wave of the Coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to reach out once again to reassure our clients that the current surge of new cases will not cause any disruption in our firm’s handling of your legal matters. Crick Walanka Law Group, Ltd. has remained open throughout the pandemic and will continue to work diligently on your behalf.

Like many of you, we were forced to adapt quickly to an entirely new way of life. Fortunately, we had systems in place that allowed for a smooth transition from our office to our individual remote workspaces. We currently do not have any set date on when we may transition back to our office, but our commitment and availability to our clients remains the same. Our lines of communication continue to operate as normal as we are available by telephone, email, and video conferencing. Our office protocols extend to our remote workspaces, ensuring that all confidential documents and emails will remain secure. Additionally, all official IDFPR, DEA, and other state and federal agency as well as court business is still being conducted remotely. We will continue to attend all court appearances and meetings as scheduled. If necessary, we are available to meet with clients in-person with proper health and safety measures in place.

During the pandemic, changes seem to happen almost daily. These changes have included a number of executive orders and variances that directly relate to professional licensing and proceedings before various administrative agencies and court systems. We will continue to keep our clients up to date with the most current information. As always, our commitment to our clients is unwavering.

As we have said before, the health and well-being of our clients, colleagues, families, and communities remain one of our top concerns. Please continue to follow updated guidelines from local, national, and global agencies as well as reputable sources regarding proper hygiene practices and safety precautions. We will get through this together.

As the holidays approach, we wish you and your families happiness and good health. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or just to chat and let us know how you are faring.
